Welcome to Experience EDGE Property Management. We at EDGE Properties would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to your new home and provide you with some basic information about us.
Rent payments may be paid through your Appfolio portal or on our payment page which can be found HERE.
We accept money orders, cashier / bank checks and credit cards. Charges for non-customary payment channels are as follows: $5 handling fee for money orders, cashier / bank checks and a 3% processing fee for credit cards. We DO NOT accept cash payments or personal checks.
Regular Maintenance: If you have a maintenance request, you may submit it in several ways:

• Call (303) 839-1201 during normal business hours.
• Send an email to laura.hill@experiencedge.com
• Utilize your on-line resident portal that is set-up at lease signing.

Emergency Maintenance: If you are experiencing an after hours emergency please call 303-839-1201 and press "2" when you reach the virtual assistant. You will be connected to the on-duty property manager. If you have general question you may email us at residentinfo@5280edge.com or call (303) 839-1201 between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
